Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid media, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to maximize return on investment.

JD:

Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, and Affiliate networks.

Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through paid digital campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance daily and ensure ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion goals are achieved.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, targeting, and landing pages.

Collaborate with the creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand goals.

Track and report campaign KPIs, budgets, and performance insights to management.

Stay updated with industry trends, ad platform updates, and competitor strategies.

Implement marketing automation and audience segmentation strategies to improve efficiency.

Manage agency/vendor relationships (if applicable).
