Sales Manager – HORECA (FMCG / Beverages)

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager – HORECA to lead and grow our business for beverage products. The role requires a deep understanding of the HORECA channel, distributor management, and the ability to deliver consistent sales growth while building long-term partnerships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales and volume targets for the HORECA channel.
  • Develop and execute HORECA-specific sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Manage and expand the distributor and key account network, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, chefs, F&B managers, and procurement heads.
  • Drive new product launches, menu placements, and activations within the HORECA segment.
  • Monitor territory-wise sales performance monthly and quarterly, taking corrective action where needed.
  • Ensure timely receivables collection and enforce distributor investment commitments.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance across regions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3+ years focused on HORECA.
  • Strong network and relationships within the HORECA industry (hotels, restaurants, cafés).
  • Proven track record in sales analytics, key account handling, and market penetration.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with product launches, menu listings, and promotional campaigns in HORECA.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and software including Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
