Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Manager Sales & Marketing for our Pharma Division. The person will be responsible for increasing sales, building strong market presence, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. This role requires leadership skills, knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, and the ability to work closely with healthcare professionals and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement sales and marketing plans to meet company goals
  • Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets
  • Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors
  • Find new business opportunities and expand the company's reach
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Plan and run promotional campaigns for products
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports for management
  • Work with other departments for product launches and marketing activities
  • Follow company policies and industry rules

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and distribution
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Basic computer skills MS Office, Email, Reports
