Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager – Social Media to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, engaging, and nurturing our online community across multiple platforms. You will act as the voice of the brand, ensuring that our audience feels connected, heard, and valued, while driving growth, engagement, and loyalty.

Qualifications

Manage and grow the brand's presence across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok ).

Monitor, engage, and respond to community interactions, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.

Create and execute community engagement strategies to increase audience participation and brand advocacy.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align social media activities with campaigns, launches, and overall brand strategy.

Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, sentiment, and community growth, providing actionable insights.

Identify and engage with brand advocates, influencers, and key community members to strengthen relationships.

Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform changes to optimize engagement strategies.

Handle sensitive issues, escalations, and customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Organize and manage virtual and offline community-building activities (e.g., AMAs, live sessions, events, or meetups)

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Proven work experience as a Community Manager

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse audiences.

Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Experience in crisis management and handling online reputation is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
