About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Odoo Technical Consultant to join our ERP development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in the Odoo framework, including backend development, module customization, and system integration. You will work closely with functional consultants to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules according to business requirements.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
  • Perform Odoo upgrades, database migration, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to design and implement technical solutions.
  • Debug, test, and troubleshoot technical issues within Odoo environments.
  • Maintain proper version control and documentation of code changes.
  • Ensure Odoo systems meet performance, security, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience as an Odoo Developer/Technical Consultant.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo framework (preferably version 13 and above).
  • Familiarity with Git, Linux, REST APIs, and Odoo deployment processes.
  • Ability to analyze technical problems and propose efficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Odoo Certification preferred.
