Key Account Manager

Position Summary:
This role involves educating and supporting health & wellness/aesthetic centers by providing expert guidance, delivering educational sessions, and ensuring the highest standards wellness treatments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, fostering strong client and partner relationships, contributing to the expansion of our wellness services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded wellness/aesthetic centers, providing comprehensive training and support.
- Develop and conduct engaging educational sessions and workshops on aesthetic treatments and wellness best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent delivery of aesthetic services aligned with company standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the aesthetics and skincare industry.
- Assist in product demonstrations, consultations, and troubleshooting to optimize client outcomes.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve educational content and service delivery.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions, client interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Promote a culture of wellness and professionalism across all partner centers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Food Science, Pharm-D, Nursing, or Life Sciences.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to educate and motivate diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in the aesthetics or wellness industry is highly desirable.
