1. Office Administration
- Supervise office maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
- Ensure availability and proper use of office supplies and stationery.
- Oversee courier, utility bills, and other general office services.
2. Staff Support & Coordination
- Maintain attendance records and coordinate leave applications.
- Assist in onboarding of new staff (ID cards, seating, admin support).
- Coordinate between departments for administrative needs.
3. Record Management
- Maintain and organize employee records, asset logs, and admin files.
- Ensure safekeeping of official documents and compliance files.
4. Vendor & Asset Management
- Liaise with external vendors for office repairs, supplies, or services.
- Maintain inventory of office assets and ensure proper usage.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with administrative SOPs and company policies.
- Submit periodic reports on office operations and administrative expenses.
- Support audit teams with required administrative documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30, Rs35,000.00 per month
