Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an operational leadership role within B2B digital trading platform or high-growth environment.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in scaling operations, finance, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and align teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution and results.
  • Experience with operational tools and frameworks such as OKRs, Agile methodologies, and financial modeling.
  • MBA or relevant degree.
