Job Summary:

We are looking for a female Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries and ensure a smooth service experience at our Faizabad bus terminal. The role involves both telephone and face-to-face interaction with passengers, requiring excellent communication skills, patience, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and respond to customer queries in person at the terminal and through phone calls or messages.
  • Provide accurate information regarding schedules, fares, and company services.
  • Maintain proper record of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
  • Assist passengers with booking, rescheduling, or complaint resolution.
  • Ensure a polite, respectful, and helpful attitude while representing the company.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer service or front desk (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may apply).
  • Gender: Female (required).
  • Location Preference: Candidates residing near Faizabad / Rawalpindi area.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication in Urdu and English.
  • Confident and professional in face-to-face interactions.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, email handling).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
