Job Summary:
We are looking for a female Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries and ensure a smooth service experience at our Faizabad bus terminal. The role involves both telephone and face-to-face interaction with passengers, requiring excellent communication skills, patience, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and respond to customer queries in person at the terminal and through phone calls or messages.
- Provide accurate information regarding schedules, fares, and company services.
- Maintain proper record of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Assist passengers with booking, rescheduling, or complaint resolution.
- Ensure a polite, respectful, and helpful attitude while representing the company.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (required).
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer service or front desk (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may apply).
- Gender: Female (required).
- Location Preference: Candidates residing near Faizabad / Rawalpindi area.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in Urdu and English.
- Confident and professional in face-to-face interactions.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, email handling).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
