Database Collection:

Searching for and organizing contact information of potential clients working in the oil industry, including oil companies, suppliers, contractors, and other industry representatives.

Using various data sources, including specialized databases, LinkedIn, professional directories, Google, and other available platforms, to gather information about key players in the oil sector.

Working with databases in CRM systems, Excel, and Google Sheets to maintain the accuracy and completeness of information.

Database Verification:

Checking the relevance and correctness of contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, etc.).

Updating information based on client inquiries or through online resources.

Sending Commercial Proposals:

Creating and sending personalized commercial proposals about the company's products and services to potential clients.

Using various communication tools (email, messengers, social networks).

Follow-Up Calls:

Clarifying the client's status after sending the commercial proposal and identifying their needs and interest in cooperation.

Surveys for Oil Companies:

Conducting phone and online surveys with clients in the oil industry to collect data on their needs, requests, and satisfaction with the company's services.

Using scripts and survey methodologies to ensure accurate information gathering and preparing reports based on collected data.

Requirements:

Computer Access:

The job involves maintaining databases, email correspondence, and using specialized software and platforms.

English Language Skills:

Mandatory, as the work involves communication with international clients and interacting with English-language documents and materials. The language level must be sufficient for comfortable communication and understanding of professional terminology.
