  1. Graduation degree preferably Master's
  2. Must have 2-4 years of hands-on experience of System Support
  3. Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues
  4. Respond to user inquiries and provide timely solutions via phone, email, or in-person
  5. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
  6. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to prevent downtime
  7. Assist in the implementation of new systems and software upgrades
  8. Document and maintain records of user issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
  9. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  10. Provide training to end-users on new systems and software
  11. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices
  12. Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time
  13. Microsoft / Cisco certification will be preferred
