What You'll Do

CRM Customization & Support

  • Customize Salesforce CRM (objects, fields, layouts, workflows, dashboards).
  • Assist with automation tools such as Process Builder and Flows.

Data Management & Migration

  • Clean, prepare, and migrate data into Salesforce.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of business records.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Provide insights to help sales and service teams make data-driven decisions.

Collaboration & Projects

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Support).
  • Contribute to live Salesforce projects and real business solutions.

Learning & Growth

  • Gain hands-on exposure to Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Learn directly from senior mentors with 20+ years of professional experience.

What We're Looking For

CRM Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of CRM concepts (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Awareness of sales and customer support processes.

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C#) and OOP concepts.
  • Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Database knowledge (SQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
  • Experience with version control (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Soft Skills & Mindset

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
