Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Officer – ATM Channel located in Lahore. The Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining ATM operations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime of ATMs, handling customer queries and complaints related to ATM transactions, and coordinating with relevant teams for the resolution of issues. The Officer will also oversee cash replenishment and reconciliation activities and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements related to ATM operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
