Business Development Manager – Client Acquisition

About the Role
PPC Batman is looking for a
top-level Business Development Manager
to join us
as a partner
. We need someone who can bring in clients, close deals, and drive revenue—especially for
Meta Ads and Digital Marketing services
.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to sell agency services, manage the full sales cycle, and wants to earn through
profit sharing (no base salary)
. As the agency grows, you'll also have the opportunity to
lead the Sales team
and
grow into the Head of Sales role
.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring new clients for Meta Ads, Google Ads, SMM, and Web Development services.
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → meetings → pitching → closing.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Create and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth delivery.
- Lead and build the Sales team as the agency scales.
Requirements
- 3–5 years
of proven experience in Business Development or B2B sales (preferably in digital marketing or agency roles). - Strong experience selling
Meta Ads
and digital marketing services. - A track record of consistently closing clients.
- Expertise in
cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM/outreach tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and leadership qualities.
