Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Head of Sales Department at Universal AI. The role involves managing and leading the sales team to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing account management, analyzing sales performance metrics, and ensuring the success of sales operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue and develop successful strategies
  • Extensive Account Management experience to build and manage client relationships effectively
  • Proven expertise in Team Management to lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team to achieve targets
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating sales data, market trends, and performance metrics
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
