We are seeking an experienced
Head of Sales
to lead Wyxan's sales department. This role is pivotal in shaping our go-to-market strategy, driving revenue, and scaling our client base globally. The ideal candidate is already leading or has led a sales team within a software house and has a proven record of generating revenue through outbound channels (cold email, Upwork, and other digital sales strategies).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and expand Wyxan's sales team.
- Define, refine, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Optimize and scale existing sales channels (primarily cold email outreach and Upwork).
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and long-term business.
- Set up performance metrics, reporting, and KPIs for the sales function.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align sales efforts with company goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience
in the software services industry.
- Current or recent leadership role
heading a sales team in a software house.
- Strong background in outbound sales, client acquisition, and international markets.
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving strategies.
