
Sales & Customer Support Executive (Technical Products)

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage customer communications and support our sales operations. This role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with suppliers, and managing the full sales process from initial contact to final shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer emails professionally and promptly
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities through effective communication
- Search stock inventory and confirm product availability to buyers
- Prepare quotations using standard templates
- Respond to technical questions and product-related queries
- Create and issue proforma invoices and final invoices
- Maintain continuous engagement with buyers throughout the sales cycle, including shipment updates and follow-ups
- Coordinate with suppliers and marketplace sellers to negotiate pricing and availability
- Support additional general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is advantageous (Engineering background preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service and/or sales
- Strong IT and computer skills (Excel, email, online tools)
- Excellent written and spoken English (professional level)
- Reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection
- Availability of 4–5 hours daily (remote work)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
