Responsibilities:
- Manage content & engagement across all social channels (LinkedIn, X, Meta), ensuring brand voice and consistency.
- Own developer onboarding funnel: build and grow presence on Discord, Reddit, and referrals.
- Plan and execute interactive content: regular updates, polls, AMAs, and event-based discussions within communities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Designer and Content Writer to produce engaging assets (memes, developer-focused reels, thought leadership pieces).
- Foster UGC (User-Generated Content): encourage developers and clients to share testimonials, case studies, and success stories.
- Track community health metrics (growth, engagement rates, sentiment) and report weekly progress.
KPIs:
- Join & actively engage in 3–5 relevant Communities Reddit/ Twitter/ LinkedIn/ Discord weekly.
- Grow Discord & Reddit community size consistently (MoM growth %).
- Achieve a measurable increase in engagement on LinkedIn, X, and Meta.
- Drive weekly developer sign-ups tracked via funnel (Discord/Reddit/Referrals → Sign-up → % profile completion).
- Produce or coordinate 2–3 pieces of community content weekly (threads, memes, polls, collabs, reels).
