Job Description
IDSCC Company is looking for an experienced and energetic *B2B Sales Executive with* *2–4* years of experience to expand our client base and grow sales in the IT solutions sector. The role involves engaging with corporate clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored technology solutions that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential corporate clients.
- Present IT products and solutions effectively to business decision-makers.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, demos and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in B2B or IT solution sales.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software, or ERP products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Soft Skills: Dynamic, self-driven, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal abilities.
