Requirements:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an International Recruiter. The role involves supporting recruitment activities for overseas clients.. This is an associate level position designed to provide hands-on exposure to international hiring practices, client engagement, and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for international job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between clients and candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across different regions.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and markets.
  • Prepare and maintain databases, reports, and recruitment records.
  • Learn and contribute to sales strategies, client presentations, and proposals.

Requirements:

  • Must have Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Business preferred).
  • Experience in technical recruitment sourcing, headhunting and interviewing.
  • Must have knowledge or experience about applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Manatal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn international recruitment processes and business development practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suit and any other CRMs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
