Position: Human Resource Executive

Location:
FSTP, i-9/3, Islamabad.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Conduct reference checks and prepare HR documents (offer letters, experience letters, etc.)
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain performance records and coordinate performance review meetings.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building events.
  • Maintain HRIS/HRMS records, attendance, and leave management.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably in the IT or software industry).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
