Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services and promotions.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-up requirements.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and performance targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle basic complaints.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Male & Female candidate, preferably with prior experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
