Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, ensuring all aspects of the revenue cycle are managed efficiently. Day-to-day tasks will include eligibility verification, claims submission, billing for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance, denial management, appeals, payment posting, and A/R follow-up. The role will also involve client communication, maintaining compliance with CMS and payer-specific regulations, and working collaboratively with the billing team.
Qualifications
- Experience in eligibility verification, claims submission, and billing
- Skills in denial management, appeals, payment posting, and A/R follow-up
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing
- Proficiency in compliance with CMS and payer-specific regulations
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in revenue cycle management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
