Job Title:
HR Intern

Location:

Timing:
1 PM to 10 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Help in drafting HR documents such as letters, memos, and reports.
  • Assist with attendance, timesheets, and leave management.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
