Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Karachi. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor regulations. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing HR policies and ensuring their implementation across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and payroll management
  • Skills in performance management, training and development
  • Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the engineering or power sector is a plus
