Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Karachi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing HR policies, handling compliance, conducting training programs, and managing compensation and benefits. Additionally, the role involves fostering a positive work environment that aligns with organizational goals and values.

  • Skills in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
  • Proficiency in HR Policy Implementation and Compliance Management
  • Experience in Training, Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives
  • Knowledge of Compensation, Benefits Administration, and Payroll Processing
  • Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, diverse environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (a Master's degree or certifications such as SHRM or CIPD is a plus)
