We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused CSR to manage incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and orders for our online brand. As a CSR, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and messages

  2. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  3. Process orders, cancellations, and returns efficiently

  4. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and solutions to customer problems

  5. Document customer interactions and feedback

  6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

  7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously

  4. Basic knowledge of computer systems and software (training will be provided)

  5. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online ordering systems (desirable)

  6. Strong customer service skills, with a patient and empathetic approach
