We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand. We already have an in-house team; now we're hiring a manager to lead them and scale our digital growth.

Role overview

You'll manage our social media, content, ads, influencer program, and website content—primarily by leading the team, setting priorities, and ensuring high-quality execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Social media strategy & calendar: approve posts, captions, and aesthetics; ensure consistent brand voice.
  • Performance marketing: plan, launch, and optimize Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads; test creatives; report ROAS/CPA.
  • Influencer marketing: identify the right creators, negotiate, brief, track results (incl. affiliate links/codes).
  • Website content: ensure timely seasonal/festive banners, high-quality product images & descriptions; basic CRO hygiene.
  • Team management: run weekly priorities/stand-ups and QA outputs.
  • Stay current on trends/tools; deliver weekly KPI updates and actionable insights.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years in digital marketing for e-commerce.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and GA4 basics.
  • Strong content sense (briefing, approvals) in Urdu & English; data-driven decision making.
  • Team leadership and deadline ownership.

WhatsApp Business/automation experience, influencer/affiliate platforms, basic CMS familiarity (custom or Shopify-like).

Compensation

Salary: 100k to 150k
+
performance bonus.
