We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Recovery Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new sales opportunities to meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely recovery of dues.
- Negotiate payment plans and handle recovery cases professionally.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and recovery status.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and/or recovery will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
