About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive (Digital Sales) with a proven track record of driving B2B sales, generating online leads, and closing high-value deals. This is not a role for someone who waits for opportunities—you will proactively identify prospects, build relationships, and convert interest into long-term partnerships.
As a senior team member, you'll bring strategic thinking, leadership, and advanced sales expertise to the table. You will not only manage your own pipeline but also help shape sales processes, set best practices, and mentor junior sales executives.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify B2B leads online.
- Build and execute outreach strategies through cold calls, cold emails, and digital channels.
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored pitches, and run product demos.
- Identify client pain points and present solutions that align with our products.
- Manage and close deals consistently, achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales data and progress tracking in CRM.
- Refine outreach and conversion strategies based on performance insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing strategies and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in digital products or SaaS).
- Strong English communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Expertise in cold calling, cold emailing, and objection handling.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales psychology and consultative selling.
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
- Proactive, persuasive, and highly organized with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term client relationships.
