What You'll Do
Handle inbound & outbound calls/emails with professionalism
Guide clients, recommend solutions, and close sales
Manage orders & accounts through CRM systems
Resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction
Hit personal and team sales targets
What We're Looking For
1+ years' experience in a call center, customer service, or sales
Excellent spoken & written English with strong phone presence
Goal-driven, detail-oriented, and disciplined
Comfortable with CRM tools and multitasking
Ready to work in a structured night-shift environment
