Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Local E-Commerce Operations Executive with hands-on experience in managing e-commerce processes. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Shopify backend operations, order processing, returns management, and dealing with courier companies to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily e-commerce operations for local sales.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders through the Shopify backend.
  • Review and manage customer details for order accuracy.
  • Coordinate and manage order returns, replacements, and refunds.
  • Liaise with courier companies for shipment dispatches, pickups, and issue resolutions.
  • Monitor delivery timelines and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and courier reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in local e-commerce operations (preferably with Pakistani marketplaces).
  • Hands-on experience with the Shopify backend (order management, product listings, customer info).
  • Strong understanding of order processing, returns, and exchanges.
  • Experience working with courier companies and handling shipment operations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
