Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist – IT Staff Augmentation, located in Lahore. The Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, conducting market research, identifying potential clients, scheduling and attending meetings, and building strong relationships with customers. They will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and provide exceptional customer service to drive business growth.


Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients (CTOs, Founders, HR Managers, Engineering Leads) on LinkedIn.

Generate qualified leads who are actively looking for developers/remote teams.

Manage outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups, InMails).

Monitor LinkedIn job posts and approach companies hiring developers.


Requirements

Proven experience in B2B lead generation / business development (preferably in IT outsourcing/staff augmentation).

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , or similar tools.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English.

Ability to work independently and deliver monthly lead targets.

Prior experience working with IT services companies is a big plus.
