Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Branch Manager for a leading bakery and sweets chain in Gujranwala. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing food retail operations (preferably bakery/sweets), leading a team, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and achieving sales and operational KPIs.

This is a leadership role that requires strategic planning, day-to-day branch management, inventory control, and people management to ensure smooth and profitable branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

Oversee daily operations of the branch including bakery production, front counters, and customer service.

Ensure timely product availability, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages or wastage.

Sales & Customer Experience

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Monitor customer feedback and ensure prompt service and product quality.

Implement local marketing or promotional campaigns to increase footfall.

Staff Supervision & Development

Lead, train, and schedule front-line and kitchen staff.

Maintain employee discipline and handle performance management.

Foster a positive and productive team culture aligned with company values.

Financial Oversight

Monitor daily cash flow, sales reports, and expense sheets.

Reduce operational costs while improving service quality and efficiency.

Reporting & Coordination

Provide regular performance reports to the Area Manager/HO.

Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, HR, supply chain) for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience managing a food retail outlet (bakery/sweets preferred).

Proven track record in sales growth, team leadership, and operations control.

Strong knowledge of food hygiene and customer service standards.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Tech-savvy and able to work with POS and basic Excel-based reporting.
