  • Operate booking software and maintain updated records of sales and reservations
  • Manage and reconcile cash collected from ticket sales
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team for seat confirmation and boarding procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the booking counter
  • Assist in preparing daily reports on ticket sales and cash handling
  • Follow company SOPs and policies related to booking operations
  • Report any operational issues or customer concerns to the supervisor
