Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Candidate Screening Agent
to join our recruitment support team. Your primary responsibility will be to
screen job applicants
over the phone, verify basic qualifications, and ensure a smooth flow of candidates to the hiring team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to job applicants based on pre-set criteria
  • Ask screening questions to assess candidate suitability
  • Record and update candidate information in the database
  • Provide basic information about the role, schedule, and next steps
  • Flag high-potential candidates for recruiter follow-up
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable making high volumes of calls daily
  • Strong listening and data entry skills
  • Prior experience in customer service or recruitment is a plus
  • Ability to follow scripts and guidelines with attention to detail
  • Work in US timings

Compensation and Perks:
