Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven content strategies aligned with audience growth objectives
  • Implement advanced Video SEO techniques including metadata optimization and algorithm updates
  • Create performance analytics reports with actionable insights for channel improvement
  • Manage community engagement through comment moderation and interactive content
  • Coordinate with video production teams to maintain consistent content quality and scheduling
  • Optimize monetization strategies including ads, memberships, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Conduct competitive analysis and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years YouTube channel management with measurable growth results
  • Proven track record of YouTube channel growth and audience engagement
  • Expertise in YouTube Analytics, SEO principles, and algorithm updates
  • Proficiency in thumbnail design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing software
  • Night shift availability (Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TubeBuddy, vidIQ, or SEMrush for video research
  • Background in scaling monetized channels through ads and memberships
  • Knowledge of latest YouTube algorithm changes and best practices
