We are looking for a reliable and proactive
Office Attendant
to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, and providing hospitality support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, including workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
  • Assist with basic office errands such as photocopying, document delivery, and handling mail.
  • Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, water, etc.) are stocked and organized.
  • Support staff during meetings and office events.
  • Perform other general support duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and hospitality practices.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
  • Friendly and cooperative attitude with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and complete tasks efficiently.
