Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused
HR Officer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in HR operations, recruitment, payroll and employee engagement activities. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance and supporting the overall people and culture strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, letters and personnel files.
  • Assist in managing payroll and maintaining accurate attendance and employee records.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, events and culture-building activities.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues promptly and professionally to maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment or employee engagement.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws and organizational culture practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for people development and workplace culture.
