About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns in the Cable TV and Internet services niche. The ideal candidate will focus on generating high-quality inbound calls from US-based customers through platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns targeting US consumers for Cable TV and Internet service offers.
  • Manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Display), Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
  • Develop call-only and call-extension campaigns to maximize phone leads.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and call tracking funnels.
  • Monitor daily budgets, bids, and keyword performance.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve target CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Collaborate with sales and call center teams to ensure lead quality.
  • Track, report, and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, Call Conversion Rate, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on PPC campaign management (Google Ads & Bing Ads required).
  • Proven experience generating calls/leads for Cable TV, Internet, or similar telecom services.
  • Strong knowledge of call-tracking tools (e.g., Ringba, CallRail, Invoca).
  • Deep understanding of US telecom market dynamics & consumer behavior.
  • Ability to manage high-budget campaigns ($10k+/month).
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills.
