As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will be a key driver of the brand, responsible for planning, developing, and executing brand strategies that resonate with our target audience. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and meticulous project management to ensure a consistent and strong brand presence across all platforms and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand calendar for multiple business units, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with overarching brand goals and business targets.
- Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns, from concept to launch, ensuring they are cohesive and impactful across all channels.
- Conduct in-depth brand perception surveys and market research to gain actionable insights into brand performance and customer sentiment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials, communications, and internal and external touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, content) to ensure a unified and consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns, staying ahead of trends and best practices to drive engagement, visibility, and brand loyalty.
- Monitor, track, and report on the performance of all brand initiatives using key metrics.
- Utilize data from Google Analytics and other tools to provide insightful analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably within a fast-paced environment/digital startup brand.
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging social media campaigns to achieve TOM and a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and the customer journey.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics platforms for tracking and analysis.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a creative problem-solver.
