Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Initial Shift)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an onsite LinkedIn Expert who can plan and execute outreach strategies, generate qualified leads, and build strong professional connections that translate into business opportunities. The role requires working in the evening/night shift to connect effectively with international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers in our target industries.
  • Craft personalized connection requests and follow-up messages that feel authentic and professional.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads based on industry, role, and business needs.
  • Maintain and enhance the company's LinkedIn presence, ensuring consistent and high-quality engagement.
  • Monitor, track, and report outreach performance, including lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and lead nurturing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and professional networking.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, engagement tactics, and lead qualification.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional yet approachable tone.
  • Ability to research and target specific audiences effectively.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in the evening/night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
