We are looking for a creative and data-driven Inbound Marketing Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and executing inbound marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert leads into customers. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing campaigns, optimizing funnels, and aligning marketing efforts with sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO, content marketing, email, and social media.
  • Create and manage engaging content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, infographics, videos, etc.).
  • Manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align inbound marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions) and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Stay updated on inbound marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in inbound marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email automation, and social media strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
