We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our inbound support team for Xfinity. The Customer Support Representative will handle incoming calls, assist customers with billing inquiries, technical support, service activation, troubleshooting, and general account management while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding Xfinity products, services, billing, and promotions.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting for internet, TV, and phone services.
- Process payments, service requests, and account updates.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate unresolved cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
- Stay updated on Xfinity's latest offers, updates, and support policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred).
- Prior experience in customer service or call center is an advantage (freshers can apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of internet, cable, and telecommunications is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office.
