
Upwork Business Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to generate new business opportunities.
- Write compelling and customized proposals that align with client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and position the company's services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Product) to ensure project requirements are properly defined.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
- Maintain and update CRM records of all bids, client communications, and project outcomes.
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role on freelancing platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, web & mobile app development, or related domains.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70, Rs100,000.00 per month
