Role Description

We are looking for a
Sales Manager
with the drive, discipline, and integrity to lead one of the most dynamic sales operations in Pakistan's real-estate sector.

This
full-time, on-site role
requires hands-on leadership, team mentorship, and consistent monthly performance across retail, investor, and corporate sales portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and evaluate the sales team through structured
    monthly targets and dashboards
    .
  • Design and execute sales strategies that reflect
    transparency, accountability, and brand ethics
    .
  • Engage directly with investors, end-users, and corporate clients through presentations and site tours.
  • Manage client relationships with professionalism and ensure complete documentation and compliance with DHA regulations.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and CRM teams (Bitrix24) for reporting and revenue reconciliation.
  • Present monthly performance reviews and projections to senior management.

Experience & Profile

  • 5–8 years
    of professional experience in real estate or investment sales, including team management.
  • Proven success in achieving
    monthly KPIs
    in high-value property transactions.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of
    professional ethics
    , confidentiality, and brand representation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or Real Estate Management
    .
  • Experience with
    CRM and sales automation tools
    (Bitrix24 preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Urdu with excellent written and verbal communication.
