Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Freelancer Bidder and Lead Generation Expert. The selected candidate will be responsible for bidding on various freelance platforms, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing client communications throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research to identify potential clients and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Bidding on freelancer platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and tools
  • Strong Research and Market Analysis skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to create compelling Proposals and write Contract Documents
  • Knowledge of IT/Software services is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
