Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Operations Assistant, based in Lahore. The Training Operations Assistant will support the coordination and administration of training programs. Responsibilities include managing training schedules, handling participant communications, preparing training materials, and maintaining training records. The role will also involve liaising with trainers and participants, arranging training logistics, and assisting with the evaluation of training effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage schedules and logistics effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Experience in training coordination or a related field is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
