Brandix Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. is one of the fastest-growing internationally registered companies in the digital marketing sector. We specialize in SEO and digital media marketing services and are looking to expand our outbound sales team.

We are seeking motivated and confident Call Center Representatives with a strong passion for sales. Candidates with prior experience in international outbound cold calling, especially in SEO and Digital Marketing campaigns, are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to international prospects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Promote SEO and digital marketing services to international customers.
  • Meet individual and team-based sales targets.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Analyze market trends to identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a professional attitude.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Matric / O-Level or equivalent.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in international outbound sales preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with sales of SEO and digital marketing services will be an advantage.
  • Freshers with excellent English skills and a desire to learn are also encouraged to apply.
