Office & Facility Management
- Oversee day-to-day office and factory administrative functions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, security, canteen/mess facilities, and utilities management.
- Coordinate repair, maintenance, and cleanliness of office/factory premises.
- Monitor workplace safety, fire safety, and compliance with company policies.
2. Employee Services
- Manage attendance registers, ID cards, and transport arrangements for staff/workers.
- Support in managing hostel/accommodation facilities (if applicable).
- Facilitate medical, insurance, and welfare-related administrative matters.
3. Vendor & Resource Management
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for office/factory supplies.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement of administrative goods and services.
- Maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery, and supplies.
4. Compliance & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of administrative expenses, service agreements, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal, labor, and organizational policies.
- Support HR & Admin in audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
5. Coordination & Support
- Assist in coordinating events, training, and meetings (venue, logistics, refreshments, etc.).
- Support HR & Admin department in workforce-related matters where required.
- Act as a bridge between employees, management, and external service providers.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of factory administration in textile/denim manufacturing will be preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Administration (preferably in the textile/garment/denim manufacturing industry).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
